This Refund Policy applies to services provided by AskAshutosh.com, hereafter referred to as “the Company”. In the case of the Company’s services, the following will be in effect:

No refunds are offered for any services provided by the Company. All payments made for services rendered are nonrefundable and all sales are final. The Company reserves the right to decline a refund request at any time and for any reason. Customers are encouraged to carefully read all terms and conditions of service before agreeing to a purchase. If customers have any questions or concerns regarding the terms and conditions, they should contact Customer Support prior to making a purchase.

By agreeing to these terms, customers acknowledge that they understand that their payment is nonrefundable and agree to abide by this policy in its entirety.

To be eligible for a return, written authorization and mutual understanding between company and user shall be entertained on genuine cases upon confirmation from the fact that there were no malpractices

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds (if applicable)

Upon confirmation of written authorization, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your refund request.

We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 15-20 working days.

Late or missing refunds (Only if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items (if applicable)

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

As all the courses are delivered online, there are no shipping.
